We Respect Your Privacy

Here at Vendor Centric, we take data privacy seriously.  One of our core offerings is helping our clients protect the data they share with their third parties, so we understand our responsibility is to protect and respect your data too.

What Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide Voluntarily. We collect certain information that identifies you, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses (“personal information”), when voluntarily submitted by you, for example when you request that we contact you. We receive and store any personal information that you choose to enter through the Site, including any submissions that you make or content you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Should we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our database.

Personal Information Collected Automatically. We collect certain data when you visit most pages on the Site. Your visit may automatically provide us with data about your computer, such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times, and referring web site addresses. As further described below, some parts of the Site may use embedded pixel or other technologies to track and facilitate your use of the Site, including the activities in which you participate or the pages you view.  We use this automated data to obtain general statistics regarding the use of the Site and its specific web pages and to evaluate how our visitors use and navigate the Site on an aggregate basis.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a Web site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computer’s memory. We may employ cookie technology to identify you, track your use of the site, to help you move faster through our Site, to estimate our total audience size and traffic, to help us improve our Site’s experience by measuring which site areas are of greatest interest to users, and other analytics. You can turn off the ability to receive any of these cookies by adjusting the browser in your computer, but you should note that disabling cookies in your browser may materially affect the functionality of the Site and the information you can access through it. If you wish to find out more about cookies, or how to refuse cookies for your browser, please visit the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s web site at www.allaboutcookies.org .

How We Collect Your Information

Our website uses the following analytics tools to collect information:

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website, including your IP address, may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This information is used to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties when required by law or when those parties process information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Google Tag Manager helps manage and deploy analytics and marketing tags on our website. The tool does not collect personal information itself. Instead, it enables the installation and organization of other tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, by managing when and how those tools are activated. Any data collected through tags deployed via Google Tag Manager is governed by the respective tool’s privacy practices.

RB2B helps us understand how visitors interact with our website and identify potential business interest in our services. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to associate activities with other personal information, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to your email. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

How We Protect Your Information

We maintain a robust information security program, and we restrict access to information to only personnel who need to know. We train our employees in data security, and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with industry and federal standards. We also ensure those who we share data with also follow these same cyber security principles.
